A Therapist Who Understands Betrayal and Healing
Helping you navigate infidelity, rebuild trust, and rediscover a stronger sense of self and relationship.
I Know the Pain of Broken Trust
I know firsthand how overwhelming relationships can feel when trust has been broken. My work as a therapist is deeply personal — I know infidelity and understand the confusion, shame, anger, and grief that come with it. That lived experience shapes how I show up with compassion, clarity, and without judgment for the people I work with.
In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels safe, steady, and even lighthearted at times. Healing is hard work, but it doesn’t have to be heavy every single moment. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a touch of humor into the room to help ease the weight of difficult conversations. My role isn’t to take sides or tell you what to do — it’s to help you uncover your own clarity and courage, whether that means staying, separating, or taking more time to decide.

More Than Repairing — Rediscovering Connection
I value honesty, respect, and empathy above all else. Clients often tell me they feel they can finally breathe in session — that it’s the one place where they don’t have to hide, defend, or pretend. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your story, and walk alongside you as you navigate some of the most complex decisions of your life.
Outside of my therapy room, I’m someone who values family, connection, and laughter. I believe humor and humanity belong in healing, and that recovery is not just about repairing what’s broken but also about discovering new ways of being fully alive, authentic, and connected.
